1. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE to all UK MAINLAND customers (excluding delivery addresses in the highlands and islands).
For non-UK customers there is a charge for delivery. Please contact us via email or telephone to process your order manually.
2. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver/ship to UK addresses excluding the highlands and British islands.
We can ship to countries outside of the United Kingdom, but shipping costs would be paid for by the customer – please contact us with your request.
3. Can I return my shipment?
We accept items that are legitimately broken or faulty. We would refund within 14 days from date of purchase. You would need to provide video evidence of broken or faulty items.
We do not accept stock that sellers have not been able to sell.
4. Is your stock authentic?
Yes, 100%. We only sell genuine and original brands with full providence. We exercise due diligence and closely examine supporting evidence prior to purchase.
5. Can we sell the stock bought from Magpie Ltd on Ebay and Amazon?
We provide a commercial invoice for all purchases. We do not place restrictions on any stock sold via our website, including Amazon and Ebay. However, please note that we do not have control over Amazon restrictions of sale (eg “gated” product categories) – and it is advisable to do your research prior to purchase.
6. Do I need to pay for stock upfront?
Yes. We do not offer credit. You would need to pay for stock at time of purchase. We offer a variety of payment methods including debit card, credit card, apple pay, google pay etc. Larger payments can also be completed via bank transfer, but would need to be arranged via email or telephone in advance.
7. Can I see the stock in your warehouse?
Yes. All stock we sell is owned and physically stored in Magpie Ltd warehouse. Customers are advised to visit our website offers in the first instance. But appointment by prior arrangement is possible.
8. What is a ‘Take All’ offer?
This is where the stock is sold in one SINGLE job lot. ie you are purchasing the entire available clearance stock available on this specific line. We often offer “take all deals” to our customers – so you are free to define your own pricing, without competing with other clearance buyers that have purchased the same clearance stock.
9. How can you offer such big discounts?
We have been in stock clearance for nearly 20 years. We buy in large volumes, often below factory prices. We then pass these savings direct to our customers.
10. What is the delivery time?
Usually 3-4 working days.
11. Can I pick my stock up from the warehouse?
Yes you are welcome to pick up stock from our warehouse, but by prior appointment only.
12. Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is £500.
13. Do you supply products not shown on your website?
Yes. The website showcases only a small selection of the products we sell. Larger parcels and sensitive stocks are sold offline into targeted sales channels. Some stocks are sold overseas, due to specific restrictions of sale.

For larger bulk buyers (such as retail chains and volume wholesalers) we offer a bespoke sourcing service. Please check our “Bespoke Services” section for more detailed information. You are welcome to call us to discuss individual requirements.
2. What kind of stock do you source?
With over 20 years experience in stock clearance, we can source most things (so long as they are legal!). We are particularly strong in designer eyewear, healthcare, toiletries, health and beauty, sport and outdoors, food and drink and toys. With our diverse supply chain and extensive network, we have access to a wide array of different products. So please get in touch with your exact requirements.
1. What type of stock do you buy?
We buy items such as branded toiletries, toys, home ware, designer goods, furniture, medical gloves, personal care, cosmetics, food and beverages. We do not buy illegal items or fake goods. If you are the stock owner please get in touch.
2. Where do you get your stock from?
We have a network of contacts and suppliers in UK, Europe and further afield. We buy from principal stock holders, including distributors, licensees, brand owners, wholesalers, store groups and factories.
3. What assurances can you offer to brand owners and licensees?
With a track record and unparalleled reputation built over 15 years, we take pride in our discreet, private and confidential stock disposal services. We always listen to the suppliers specific needs and requirements, strictly adhering to any restrictions of sale. 5. Do you buy from UK and Overseas?
Yes we buy goods from all over the World.
6. Do you have a minimum order that you buy?
We tend to gravitate towards larger deals, but will consider every deal on its individual merits.
7. Who pays for and organises deliveries? Do you collect stock?
We work closely with nationwide hauliers and international freight forwarders. We can arrange collection from your warehouse or depot.
8. How do you pay for stock?
We normally pay by bank transfer on receipt of stock. We can also make payment to overseas suppliers in dollars or euros (after inspection of the stock in situ).
9. What information do I need to provide regarding stock I want to sell to you?
Description of items, quantity, RRP, where it is stored, an estimate of the price you are selling it at. Photos or a video of the stock are very helpful. Please also advise any applicable restrictions of sale.
10. How much do you pay for stock?
This will always depend on what the stock is and its value. Our offers are fair, and payment is fast.
11. Do you need to inspect the stock I am selling?
In most cases yes. We like to check the count and condition of the stock before payment.
12. What distinguishes Magpie Ltd from other stock clearance companies?

13. Where are you based?
Our head office and warehouse are located in West Sussex, in the Burgess Hill Business Park (approx. half way between Gatwick airport and the city of Brighton).
